3 stalks of kale
1 stalk celery
1/4 of a sweet onion
8 baby carrots
1 teaspoon Walla Walla Sweet Onion Mustard with Horseradish
3 tablespoons honey vinegar
A pinch of chili sea salt
1 tablespoon blood orange olive oil
1 teaspoon dried garlic shoots
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
This recipe makes 1-2 servings if you are using it as a side for a meal. Or
Add a simple lean protein like shrimp or chicken to make a lovely luncheon salad.
Substitute broccoli, cabbage or your favorite crisp veggies.
Dijon mustard, a great olive oil, and a bit of sweetened vinegar can work well too.
